Acquisition is limited to information necessary for the Gallery's operational activities. It will not be used for any other purpose. We may request the provision of personal information in connection with services you use (e.g., purchasing artworks or products, participating in artistic activities or events).

All acquired personal information will be used for your safety, and we will strive to prevent information leakage and will not use it for any other purpose.
Based on the personal information provided for gallery visit reservations and mail-order sales, we may contact you by email or phone for confirmation regarding your reservation, artwork, or product, and for identity verification. For those who have requested it, we may also provide information about the gallery's activities, such as announcements of upcoming exhibitions, based on the personal information provided. In the unlikely event that a serious infectious disease such as COVID-19 is confirmed among employees or customers within the gallery, or if contact with an infected person is confirmed, we may contact you to inform you of the situation. Thank you for your understanding.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties:

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, personal information will be managed responsibly by the Gallery. We will only provide personal information to external parties if ordered to do so by a court of law based on a legally binding judgment or order, or if we receive a formal inquiry from a public institution such as the police based on laws and regulations defining their investigative authority.

Handling of Artworks

The Gallery guarantees that all artworks are authentic primary works.
All works are handled directly from the artists themselves.

  • Major handled works come with a certificate of authenticity from the Gallery or the artist.

  • The delivery method varies depending on the exhibition's theme.

  • 《2F Special Exhibition Gallery Works》

  • You can choose between "direct pickup" or "shipping" after the exhibition period ends.
    As the exhibition includes the space as part of the artwork, we aim for all visitors to view the exhibition in the same environment and with the same concept until the end. We appreciate your understanding.

  • Please ask to International shipping fee for certain artworks.

  • Return Deadline

    Within 7 days of arrival

  • ●Except for damages or defects to the artwork or product due to the gallery's negligence* or transportation, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
    *Example of gallery's negligence: obvious defects in the artwork, shipping mix-ups, etc.
  • ●The images and colors of the artworks and products on the website may differ depending on the customer's environment.

    For returns due to the above reasons, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

    Returns or exchanges for the above reasons are not accepted.

    To ensure a smooth process, we would appreciate it if you could also attach photos showing the defective area to the email.

    *For artworks in a special exhibition, delivery may be after the exhibition period ends.
    *Delivery dates may change due to artwork checks, cleaning, framing, repairs, unforeseen accidents, natural disasters, or holidays on shipping days.
    *For made-to-order products, a separate guide will be provided.
    We will notify you of all of the above when we receive your order.

  • Subscription-based Services or Products

    Validity Period

  • The contract period, price, and other sales conditions are stated on each page. Please check them.
  • Cancellation

  • We do not accept returns or cancellations for services provided online.
    However, this does not apply in cases of clear negligence on the part of the organizer, such as connection problems or failure to hold the event.
  • If the URL does not arrive

  • If the link URL does not reach the purchaser due to a mistake in the customer's email address, email problems, etc., please contact us by email.

  • Important Notice Regarding Orders
