Artist Statement
In an age where insight itself is constantly tested by the saturation of information,
I have chosen this theme in order to search for how we might live within it.
To "flash" is to expand what already exists, to seek the unknown,
to acquire new knowledge — and in doing so, to give birth to something new.
And within that emergence lies a sense of joy.
It is never something distant, but something embedded in the everyday,
something that also arises within my own process of making.
May there be a future that flashes into being, alongside light.
